  • Stacked bars + Top 2 Box column – …in stacked bar charts with a column showing the “Top 2 Box” value – the two most positive answer alternatives combined.
  • Segment Top 2 Box comparison – Subgroups are compared on their Top 2 Box values in column charts – one page per grid and breakdown variable.

Segment comparisons are made for non-scale questions too.

  • Compare using the “Yes” alternatives – For questions with a “Yes” alternative, it is used to compare groups and shown on the same page as the totals.
  • Significant values highlighted – Values that differ significantly from the total are highlighted.
  • Different chart types – “Yes” questions are shown as a pie chart or coloured bar chart depending on the number of alternatives, with green for positive answers. Other non-scale questions use bar charts coloured by breakdown variable.

Comments on your open-ended questions are included in the PowerPoint report, presented in one of two ways depending on the amount of data.

  • Quotes selected by AI… – With many open-ended responses to a question, OpenAI selects some example quotes.
  • …or presented as is – If the verbatims fit on at most two PowerPoint pages, they are shown comment by comment, sorted by length.
